Who provides the equipment and material to complete the service(s) by the Workey?The client may provide all necessary equipment and materials which are to be safe to use and in good working order.

Is a worker an employee of Workey?No. The services are provided by the worker as an independent contractor of Workey.

Are workers and clients covered by insurance?The Workey worker is an independent contractor who visits the client's property with the client's permission to perform the work requested by client. The client will need to acknowledge that they are covered by an existing insurance policy in case of personal injury or loss.

How are payments made?Client payments for services are made by credit card. Workey workers are payed by EMT (Electronic Money Transfer) to their personal bank accounts.
